§ Orders & dispatch
Q01How quickly do orders dispatch?
A.

Tracked dispatch from Prague or Chiang Mai within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation. Express tracked options are available at checkout for 3–5 day delivery within the EU and APAC.

Q02Do you ship to the United States?
A.

No. Omega Grade does not dispatch to any US address or territory. Orders placed to US addresses are cancelled and fully refunded.

Q03What countries are not served?
A.

The United States, plus comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions (Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba). Middle Eastern destinations are evaluated case-by-case — open correspondence before ordering.

Q04Is the packaging discreet?
A.

Yes. Plain padded mailers with a generic return address. No laboratory or peptide branding appears on the exterior. Customs declarations state "research reference samples" with applicable HS codes.

Q05What if a lot gets held at customs?
A.

We ship with tracked mail. If a parcel is held or seized, contact the correspondence desk. We absorb one reshipment per 12-month period for confirmed customs loss on qualifying destinations.

§ Payment
Q01Which payment methods do you accept?
A.

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) on mainnet or Arbitrum, USDC on Ethereum / Base / Polygon.

Q02Do you accept card payments?
A.

Not at this time. Card processing for this product class is restricted by most major card processors. If this becomes available we will invite returning researchers first.

Q03How long does payment confirmation take?
A.

Bitcoin: one network confirmation (~10 min). Ethereum and USDC: three confirmations (~1 min on Arbitrum/Base, ~3 min on Ethereum mainnet).

Q04Is there a minimum order value?
A.

No minimum. Dispatch fees apply to all orders; larger multi-vial orders amortise the dispatch fee across more units.

§ Quality & verification
Q01What laboratory verifies your peptides?
A.

Janoshik Analytical in Slovakia. ISO 9001-certified, peptide-specialist contract analytical lab. See the /method page for the full workflow.

Q02What analytical techniques are used?
A.

Reverse-phase HPLC (C18, 0.1% TFA mobile phase, UV-214 detection) for purity. Electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for identity confirmation. Purity is reported as area-%.

Q03Can I request the raw HPLC trace?
A.

Yes. The signed four-page certificate is included with every dispatch. The raw HPLC trace file is available on request at no charge.

Q04What is the purity threshold for catalogue listing?
A.

≥ 98.0% area-% by HPLC with MS identity confirmation within 5 ppm of theoretical. Most lots materially exceed this — median catalogue purity is 99.18%.

Q05How long are lots kept on shelf?
A.

Lyophilised peptide shelf life is 24–36 months stored at −20 °C. Omega Grade rotates inventory continuously — no lot remains on shelf beyond 18 months.

§ Research use
Q01Is any product intended for human use?
A.

No. All catalogue peptides are supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement.

Q02Do you provide dosing guidance?
A.

No. Reconstitution volume and solvent information is provided as lab-technical guidance for researchers handling the material. No therapeutic dose is suggested, recommended, or implied.

Q03Why does Omega Grade not make therapeutic claims?
A.

Because none of our catalogue peptides is approved as a therapeutic in the form Omega Grade supplies. Claims about therapeutic benefit would be both regulatory non-compliance and factually inaccurate. We list the peer-reviewed literature for each peptide and let the data speak.

Q04Can academic or institutional buyers order?
A.

Yes. Institutional buyers can open correspondence for bulk-rate orders, invoiced dispatch, and direct reference to your procurement office.

§ Returns & disputes
Q01What is the returns policy?
A.

Peptide products are not returnable once dispatched — opened vials cannot be re-qualified for resale. Any lot received damaged, mislabelled, or not matching the certificate is replaced at our expense.

Q02What if a vial fails my independent testing?
A.

We retain a reference sample of every lot for 12 months. If your own testing shows a material deviation from the certificate, send the raw analysis to the correspondence desk and we will re-test the reference sample at our expense and replace the lot if the deviation is confirmed.

Q03How are payment disputes handled?
A.

Crypto disputes follow the correspondence-desk process. Ship-to address errors are not grounds for refund once dispatch is confirmed.
