Customs & import duty

Parcels are declared with applicable HS codes and described as "research reference samples." Import duty and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout. We do not under-declare values.

  • EU: intra-EU dispatch is VAT-inclusive; no import duty.
  • UK: import VAT applies for orders over the de minimis threshold.
  • Australia / NZ: GST applies; some peptides require research declaration.
  • Canada: GST/HST applies; Health Canada may inspect investigational lots.
Returns & disputes

Peptides are not returnable once dispatched — opened vials cannot be re-qualified. Lots received damaged, mislabelled, or deviating from the certificate are replaced at our expense.

  • Report issues within 14 days of delivery.
  • One reshipment per 12 months covered for confirmed customs loss.
  • Reference samples retained 12 months for dispute re-testing.
  • Re-test performed by Janoshik at our cost if independent testing disputes the certificate.
Cold chain & transit stability

Lyophilised peptides in argon-purged amber glass are stable at ambient temperature for up to 30 days — manufacturer-confirmed for all catalogue peptides. Cold-chain dispatch is therefore not required. On receipt, transfer to −20 °C for long-term storage.

GHK-Cu is an exception only in that it should be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight during transit; the copper complex absorbs in the visible range. Our mailers are opaque; in-transit light exposure is not a material concern.
