Researcher terms.

By continuing you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years old;
• you are placing the order as, or on behalf of, a researcher;
• the material ordered will be used exclusively for in vitro laboratory research, analytical-chemistry reference work, cosmetic-formulation raw-material evaluation, or equivalent research context;
• you have the appropriate facilities and training to handle lyophilised peptides safely;
• you are not located in and will not dispatch to the United States.

You agree that you will not:

• administer any peptide to a human being, regardless of the route of administration;
• administer any peptide to a companion or agricultural animal;
• resell any peptide as, or in a manner that implies it is, a pharmaceutical, therapeutic, cosmetic finished product, or dietary supplement;
• make therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic claims for Omega Grade material in any publication, marketing, or onward sale;
• repackage or relabel Omega Grade material in a manner that removes or contradicts the research-use-only designation.

You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction into which material is imported. You acknowledge that:

• certain jurisdictions require institutional licensing to import investigational peptides;
• some peptides in the Omega Grade catalogue (notably investigational GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon-family peptides) are the subject of active enforcement by national regulators;
• Omega Grade does not provide legal advice on local compliance;
• you have made yourself aware of the applicable rules before placing your order.

• Store lyophilised peptide at −20 °C, desiccated, protected from light.
• Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection as described on the product page.
• Use personal protective equipment appropriate to the material and your facility’s safety procedures.
• Dispose of expired or unused material in accordance with local chemical-waste regulation. Do not dispose of peptide in domestic waste or drainage.

Nothing on the Omega Grade Site and no communication with Omega Grade constitutes medical advice, a clinical consultation, or the formation of a doctor–patient, pharmacist– patient, or similar therapeutic relationship. Omega Grade staff are not authorised to discuss human dosing, administration routes, or clinical applications, and any request for such information will be declined.

If you publish research using Omega Grade-supplied material, we request (but do not require) that you cite the lot reference and certificate identifier in the methods section. We reserve the right to reference published use of Omega Grade material in our public communications, subject to the author’s publication licence terms.

If Omega Grade determines at its reasonable discretion that a buyer has violated these terms — in particular by administering material to humans or animals, by reselling material with therapeutic claims, or by placing orders to US addresses — the buyer account may be suspended and future orders refused. In egregious cases, relevant authorities may be informed.

By clicking “I confirm” on the entry gate, by placing an order, or by otherwise using Omega Grade material, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these researcher terms, that your representations under Section I are true, and that you accept the responsibilities set out in Sections II–VII.
