§ Terms · effective 2026-04-01

Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the Omega Grade website (the “Site”) and any purchase of material supplied by Omega Grade Biochem (“Omega Grade,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1.

Who we are

Omega Grade is a research-supply operation dispatching analytical-grade research peptides to independent laboratories, academic groups, and private researchers outside the United States. The entity of record will be identified at checkout and on each invoice.

2.

Research use only

All material supplied by Omega Grade is sold for in vitro laboratory research use only. It is not supplied as, and must not be used as:

  • a drug, food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic finished product;
  • a therapeutic or diagnostic product for human or veterinary use;
  • material intended for injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals.

No therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic claim is made or implied for any Omega Grade product. Any statements about biological activity are descriptions of the peer-reviewed research literature and are not product claims.

3.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and acting in one of the following capacities:

  • a researcher affiliated with a laboratory, academic group, or institution;
  • an independent researcher conducting in vitro experimental work;
  • a formulation developer conducting raw-material evaluation;
  • a quality-control or analytical-chemistry practitioner requiring reference material.

You may not place an order from a United States address or territory. Orders to US addresses are cancelled and fully refunded.

4.

Orders, pricing, and payment

  1. Prices are shown in GBP with EUR equivalents. Cryptocurrency equivalents are indicative at the time of page load; the rate applied at checkout is the rate at the time of payment.
  2. Payment is accepted in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC. Card processing is not offered.
  3. An order is not confirmed until network payment confirmation is received (typically 10 minutes for BTC, < 3 minutes for ETH and USDC).
  4. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to violate these terms, that cannot be dispatched due to local regulation, or that we believe to be misrepresented.
5.

Dispatch, customs, and import compliance

  1. Omega Grade dispatches tracked mail from its EU and APAC hubs. Dispatch timelines are shown on each order and on the shipping page.
  2. You are responsible for local import compliance including, without limitation, customs declarations, import duty, VAT, and any local licences or permits required for the specific peptide and jurisdiction.
  3. We do not under-declare customs value or mis-describe the contents of any shipment.
  4. Customs seizure: Omega Grade covers one reshipment per rolling 12-month period for orders to qualifying destinations where the original dispatch is confirmed lost or seized in transit and the fault does not lie with the buyer.
6.

Returns and verification disputes

  1. Peptides are non-returnable once dispatched; opened vials cannot be re-qualified for resale.
  2. Lots received damaged, mislabelled, or deviating materially from the certificate of analysis will be replaced at our cost.
  3. Independent re-verification: if you have reason to believe a lot deviates from the published certificate, send the raw analytical data to the correspondence desk within 30 days of delivery. We will re-test the reference sample retained from the same lot at Janoshik Analytical at our expense. If the deviation is confirmed, we refund or replace the lot.
  4. Change of mind is not a basis for return.
7.

No medical or dosing guidance

Omega Grade does not provide dosing guidance, administration instructions, or any form of medical or therapeutic advice. Reconstitution and storage information is provided as lab-technical guidance for the researcher handling the material and is not a recommendation for any form of administration.

8.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, copy, imagery, certificate layouts, and product data presentation, is © Omega Grade Biochem and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on this site (e.g. Mounjaro®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the regulatory and commercial status of the corresponding active peptide. 9.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Grade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site or any product supplied. Our total liability for any direct claim relating to a specific order is limited to the price paid for that order.

You acknowledge that the catalogue peptides are research materials, that their biological effects are the subject of ongoing scientific investigation, and that purchase implies acceptance of the associated research-use risk.

10.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Omega Grade harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of any Omega Grade product in violation of these terms, in particular any administration to humans or animals, any therapeutic use, or any violation of local law or regulation.

11.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Omega Grade operating entity of record is constituted. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in that jurisdiction, with the arbitral rules of a recognised international arbitral body (e.g. ICC, LCIA). You expressly waive any right to class-action participation.

12.
