Every lot has a signed report.
A research-supply operation is only as good as its quality control. Omega Grade holds a single operating principle: nothing ships without an independent analytical certificate, and no certificate is withheld from the buyer. The process below is how that principle is enforced.

Sourcing
Peptide active pharmaceutical ingredient is sourced from a short list of manufacturers in China and, where available, the European Union. Each candidate supplier undergoes sample-based qualification before any production lot is ordered. We do not rebrand — the material we dispatch is manufactured to our purity specification.
Sample qualification
Before any supplier enters the rotation, ten-gram samples are ordered and sent blind to Janoshik Analytical in Slovakia for HPLC and mass-spectrometry. A supplier must achieve ≥ 98% purity with a mass within 5 ppm of theoretical across three samples to qualify.
Production lot
Qualified suppliers produce bulk lots to our specification: lyophilised peptide in amber glass with argon-purged headspace and butyl stoppers. Each lot is assigned a reference (e.g. 26-04-A for April 2026, lot A) that carries through every record associated with that material.
Incoming inspection
Lots are received at our EU hub in Prague. Vials are weighed and visually inspected. A representative sample (≥ 50 mg) is dispatched same-day to Janoshik Analytical with the lot reference and a blind sample identifier.
Independent analytical test
Janoshik performs reverse-phase HPLC (C18 column, 0.1% TFA mobile phase, UV-214 detection) for purity, and electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for identity confirmation. Turnaround is typically 24–72 hours. The full four-page report is returned signed.
Certificate publishing
The signed certificate is attached to the lot record and published on the product page — visible to every visitor, not only buyers. If a product page does not have a current certificate, the lot is not for sale. When the next lot's certificate is published, the previous lot's certificate is archived.
Dispatch
On order, individual vials are hand-picked from the qualified lot, packed in a plain mailer with a moisture-barrier liner, and dispatched tracked from Prague or Chiang Mai. The buyer receives a tracking reference and, on request, the raw HPLC trace from the signed report.
Post-dispatch
We retain a cryovial reference sample of every lot for twelve months after the lot is exhausted. In the event of any dispute, the reference sample can be re-tested by the same third-party laboratory at our expense.

The non-negotiable four.
Omega Grade uses Janoshik Analytical (Slovakia) as its standing third-party analytical partner. Janoshik is an ISO 9001-certified contract analytical laboratory specialising in peptide identity and purity verification for the research-supply market.
