Pan-ERR agonist — small-molecule metabolic research tool.
SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule pan-ERR (estrogen-related receptor) agonist developed by the Burris lab. Preclinical metabolic-research tool.
What the peptide is.
SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule agonist of the ERRα / β / γ nuclear receptors, developed by the Burris laboratory at Saint Louis University. Published preclinical work (2023) demonstrated metabolic effects in mice, including exercise-mimetic activity.
Pan-agonism at estrogen-related receptor family (ERRα / β / γ) → transcriptional activation of mitochondrial-biogenesis programmes.
