Ipamorelin 10 mg
Also known as · NNC-26-0161
Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor (GHSR) agonist. One of the cleanest pharmacological profiles in the growth-hormone-secretagogue class.

Mechanism of action
Selective agonism at GHSR-1a → pulsatile GH release via the pituitary; minimal HPA axis engagement.
Research context
Ipamorelin is a selective GHSR-1a (ghrelin receptor) agonist developed by Novo Nordisk. Unlike earlier GHSRs, it shows minimal effect on cortisol, prolactin, or aldosterone in clinical studies.
Clinical development for post-operative ileus progressed through Phase 2 but was not advanced to approval. Commonly used in preclinical GH-axis research.

FAQ
Is ipamorelin related to GHRP-6?+
Both are ghrelin-receptor agonists. Ipamorelin is more selective — minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin — while GHRP-6 has broader off-target activity. Commonly paired with CJC-1295 in preclinical GH-axis research.

CJC-1295 without DAC — short-acting modified GRF(1-29). Commonly used in preclinical GH-pulse research alongside ipamorelin.
